Ingredients: 1/2 Cambrooke Artisan Bread, sliced 3 tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp. olives, crushed or blended into a tapenade 1 tbsp. balsamic glaze 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced) in 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Optional: Basil or parsley to garnish. Patatas Bravas

Ingredients: 200g sweet potato, cubed 3 tomatoes, thinly chopped 1/3 onion, thinly chopped 1 tbsp. garlic mayonnaise 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced) in 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil You will also need 1 tbsp oil, salt, pepper, paprika & dried chilli flakes (optional).
