Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:
- 65g Cambrooke MixQuick
- 16g instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 33g sugar
- 1/3 cup non-dairy creamer
Method:
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour mixture into a large mug or bowl (must hold 1.5 cups liquid).
- Microwave for 20 seconds at a time for 3 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve!
