Ingredients: 1/4 mashed up avocado 1 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 mashed banana 2 tbsp. Cambrooke MixQuick 150ml fresh coconut milk You will also need 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. butter. Serve with syrup (we used maple) and raspberries (optional) Method: Whisk the avocado, cocoa, banana and coconut milk together with the MixQuick until smooth. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Ingredients: 1 Cambrooke Chicken Patty Mix patty, uncooked (see package instructions) 1 clove garlic, minced ¼ (17.5g) small onion, chopped and/or 1 green onion, chopped ⅓ cup coleslaw mix 4 (36g) Boston bib or butter lettuce leaves Optional extra ingredients: 2 tsp teriyaki sauce 1 tsp dark sesame oil 2 tsp minced pickled ginger Method: Fry patty mix until golden brown. Creamy Coconut Squash Soup

Ingredients: 200g butternut squash 150ml Cambrooke Chicken Consomme 70ml fresh coconut milk 1/2 onion, chopped 1 tsp. mixed spice You will also need 1 tbsp oil, salt & pepper (optional). Method: Microwave butternut squash for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Fry onion in 1 tsp. oil for 5 minutes.
