Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients: 65g Cambrooke MixQuick 16g instant chocolate fudge pudding mix 2 tsp. canola oil 33g sugar 1/3 cup non-dairy creamer Method: Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour mixture into a large mug or bowl (must hold 1.5 cups liquid). Microwave for 20 seconds at a time for 3 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve!
