“Chicken” Parmigiana
Ingredients:
- 1 Cambrooke Swiss Cheese Single Slice
- 1 Cambrooke Marinara Minis
- 1 sprinkle oregano
- 1 tsp / 3 g Cambrooke Chicken Consomme
- 1/4 cup / 35 g Cambrooke Chicken Patty Mix
- 4 tsp / 18 g vegetable oil
- 1 diced / 80 g red onion
Directions:
- Mix together the patty mix, red onion, Chicken Consomme, vegetable oil
- Add water and oregano and form into a patty
- Add oil to the pan and fry the patty for 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Place patty on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 350F
- Add 1/2 – 1 tub of marinara mini and a slice of swiss cheese
- Return to oven for another 5-10 minutes
- Serve with Aproten Penne
- Serve patty on the pasta and season with oregano
