BetterMilk Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 packet / 49 g Glytactin BetterMilk
- 1 cup / 150 g Cambrooke Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup / 75 g almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 medium / 110 g banana
- 3/4 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Mash the banana with the back of a fork and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Pour mixture into 4 muffin molds
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F or until golden brown
