*Terms and conditions:

• This competition is for patients with inborn errors of protein metabolism, based in North America. Those residing outside of North America, will not be considered.
• Holiday Cookie Kits include: (1) 1 x Cambrooke Sugar Cookie Mix Sachet (not full size – enough quantity for recipe); (2) A selection of Holiday Cookie cutters; (3) A selection of Holiday Cookie decorative edible stickers; (4) Holiday Cookie Recipe Card; (5) Holiday gift bag.
• Competition runs from 9:00am (ET) on Nov 1st, 2021, until midnight (ET) on Nov 20th, 2021.
• All data will be used to fulfil delivery of the competition prize and sample requests, and will be removed securely post-event.
• Only one entry will be considered per patient.
• The first 100 entrants (that are not duplicates and are eligible to enter) will win. All winners will be contacted via email by Dec 1st.
• The address provided in the competition form will be used to send the kits. If that address is incorrect we are unable to send extra kits to an alternative address.
• If you have already sampled a Cambrooke formula, we will not send you the same sample pack. If you would still like to try the sample again, email us: asteel@cambrooke.com
• Cambrooke are not liable for any damage incurred to the kits during transit to your specified address.
