Cheesy Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup / 50g Cambrooke Mozzarella Shreds
- 2 slices / 52g Cambrooke Artisan Bread
- 1/2 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1/4 Tbs Italian herbs
Method:
- Mix butter, garlic and Italian herbs.
- Spread the paste onto the bread. Top with cheese.
- Oven for 5-10 minutes at 350’F.
For super crispy bread, toast lightly on both sides before adding the garlic butter paste and cheese.
