• This raffle draw is part of the Glut1 Conference and only Glut1 patients are eligible to enter this draw.
• The raffle closing date is July 28th.
• One winner will be chosen at random and contacted on 30 July 2021.
• All entrants must reside in North America. Entrants outside of North America will not be entered into the draw.
• If the winner is contacted and there is no response for 2 weeks, a second winner will be chosen at random until a winner claims their prize.
• The prizes will be shipped separately from Amazon.com.
• By opting into receiving samples, joining our mailing list and/or other communications, you are providing express consent for KetoVie/Cambrooke to hold your details in a secure manner in order to carry out these communications and activities. 
• Participants can opt out of receiving communications from Cambrooke at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email correspondence.
• The winner will be contacted and informed, and if consent is provided to disclose the name of the winner, we will also announce it on social media. No names of patients will be disclosed without express written approval.
