Fruit Cake
Makes: 16 slices Ingredients: 40g mixed dried fruit 50g dark brown sugar (Muscovado) 1 tsp. pumpkin spice 30g melted butter 70g Cambrooke All Purpose Baking Mix 1 tbsp. Eggz (mixed with 100ml non dairy creamer) Method: Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix Eggz with non-dairy creamer to make a thick paste.
