Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients: 65g Cambrooke MixQuick 16g instant chocolate fudge pudding mix 2 tsp. canola oil 33g sugar 1/3 cup non-dairy creamer Method: Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour mixture into a large mug or bowl (must hold 1.5 cups liquid). Microwave for 20 seconds at a time for 3 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve! Scrambled Eggz on Bagel

Ingredients: 15g Cambrooke Mozzarella Shreds ¼ chopped bell pepper ¼ cup Cambrooke Eggz 6-8 tbsp non-dairy creamer 1 Cambrooke Plain Bagel You will also need 1 tsp. butter. Method: Combine the Eggz and creamer. Melt butter in a pan, and add the Eggz mixture. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper and stir for another 4-5 minutes. Add cheese and stir for a further minute. Veggie Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients: 1 Cambrooke Tortilla 1/3 cup shredded lettuce 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced 1 small mushroom, sliced 2 Tbs Cambrooke Cheddar Shreds You will also need 2 Tbs Catalina or vinaigrette dressing.
