Vegetable Soup
Ingredients: 30g/1oz onion, chopped 30g/1oz leek, sliced 50g/1.8oz sweet potato, chopped 40g/1.4oz chopped tomatoes 1 tsp/3g Cambrooke Chicken Consommé (+1 cup boiling water) You will also need 1 tbsp. oil, salt and pepper to season. Directions: Fry onions in 1 tbsp. oil for 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and Consommé. Bring to the boil, and then simmer for 4-5 minutes.
