Servings: 3 Ingredients: 1 cup / 100 g Mixquick 2/3 cup / 160 ml water 1 medium / 69 g kiwifruit 1 tbsp / 15 g golden syrup 1 tbsp / 15 g green food coloring Directions: Combine the Mixquick, water and half of the food coloring. Ingredients: 1/4 cup / 40 g Mushrooms 1/3 cup / 96 g Broccoli 0.88 cup / 62 g Aproten Penne 2-3 sprigs Parsley 8 Cherry Tomatoes 1/4 cup / 57 g Vinaigrette 1 tbsp / 15 g Olive Oil Directions: Boil Penne for 8-10 minutes.
