- 40g Cambrooke Tortilla Chips
- 1 ½ Tbs (25g) Marinara Mini
- ¼ tsp pizza seasoning or italian seasoning
- ¼ cup (25g) Cambrooke Cheese of choice
- Turn on oven to broil low. Line a small baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place tortilla chips in a small pile and spread out a little bit. Drizzle marinara sauce all over chips and spread to cover. Sprinkle seasoning over the nachos. Cover with the cheese.
- Place nachos in oven and broil until the cheese is melted and the chips are lightly toasted. Be sure to watch them so they do not burn. Remove from oven. Use a flat spatula to move nachos to a plate or carefully slide on to the plate.
- SUGGESTIONS: You can add any choice of toppings, just be sure to account for the protein and PHE difference.
