  • Cookie Layer
  • ¼ package (170g) Cambrooke Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 3 Tbs (42.5g) butter
  • Browie Layer
  • 1½ Tbs (21g) water
  • ¼ package (170g) Cambrooke Chewy Fudgy Brownie Mix
  • 3 Tbs (42.5g) butter, melted
  • ¼ cup (30g) non-dairy milk
  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or no need to if using silicone pan
  • Cookie Layer
  • In medium bowl, cream together the cookie mix, softened butter and water until a soft dough forms.
  • Place ½ tablespoon (about 10g) of dough into each muffin cup.
  • Brownie Layer
  • In medium bowl, mix together Brownie Mix, melted butter and non-dairy milk until blended smoothly and any brown sugar clumps are broken up.
  • Place ½ Tbs (about 10g) of batter into each muffin cup along side of the cookie dough
  • Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before removing from pan.
