  • 1 medium banana
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet Glytactin BetterMilk or Build
  • 1 cup (100g) Cambrooke Baking Mix (or 1 cup [100g] Cambrooke MixQuick and eliminate baking powder)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix ingredients until blended.
  • Pour batter into 4 muffin tins, divided evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
