- 1 packet Glytactin BetterMilk or Build
- 2 Tbs (20g) JELL-O® chocolate instant pudding & pie filling
- 1/4 cup water

- Beat ingredients with whisk for 2 minutes.
- Pour into ice-pop mold or paper cup and insert wooden pop stick in center of cup.
- Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
- SUGGESTIONS: Pour into fancy ice cube or candy molds to create frozen poppers.
